Speech Competition On Independence Day




On August 7 2024, i took part in a speech competition. 

I had been practicing for a long time to prepare for the competition, starting from writing speech texts, practicing reading them, memorizing them, and reading them out loud in front of many people. 

I left at twelve in the morning for the competition location and scrambled the race serial number, i got serial number 4. After that, i sat in a chair and waited until my serial number was called by the committee. When i was called, i was very excited. 

I gave my speech smoothly and flexibly until finally i finished the speech. And for the hard work I have done so far, I finally got 1st place. 

My feelings when participating in this activity were various. I felt very nervous when I was going to compete in front of many people, but after that I felt happy because I got 1st place. I feel very happy to be able to participate in this activity, thank you.
